zeta9 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for All Users

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the zeta9 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the User") and zeta9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of zeta9 and must not create or maintain an account on the platform. Access to zeta9 services is conditional on full acceptance of these Terms at all times.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on zeta9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zeta9 operates a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly provide services to any person under this age.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots, and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion instruction currently active on your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing zeta9 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable legislation in force at the time of access.

zeta9 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle to verify age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the zeta9 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices and payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any pending balances, bonuses, or winnings.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information whenever it changes. zeta9 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify zeta9 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

zeta9 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the breach is attributable to the User's failure to protect their credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zeta9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your zeta9 wallet within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing time of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification at zeta9's discretion. The platform reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within the same business day during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank card and bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
• zeta9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that triggers internal risk thresholds.
• Fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or reversed transactions will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any associated winnings.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

zeta9 offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the T20 World Cup. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per account, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• zeta9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, coordinated account patterns, and exploitation of system errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on zeta9 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market or game. By placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

General betting conditions that apply platform-wide include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. zeta9 will not accept cancellation or amendment requests after a bet has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrectly offered or accepted bet, zeta9 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's wallet.
• Outright market bets (tournament winners, series champions, top scorers) remain active for the duration of the competition. Early settlement offers, where available, are made at zeta9's sole discretion.
• Cricket markets covering BPL, ICC T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series are governed by the official rules published by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). Any dispute arising from these rules will be resolved by reference to the governing body's official decision.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. zeta9 reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits based on betting patterns.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on zeta9 and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the zeta9 platform, its APIs, or its odds-pricing infrastructure.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without express written permission from zeta9.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, card games, or any other zeta9 product to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating as an unlicensed betting intermediary.
• Using funds sourced from criminal activity to deposit, bet, or withdraw on zeta9.

zeta9 reserves the right to withhold payment and close any account where prohibited conduct is identified, pending investigation. The platform will cooperate fully with any competent authority investigating activity connected to a zeta9 account.

8 Responsible Gaming

zeta9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. We provide the following tools to every account holder to help manage their gambling activity:

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the zeta9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall presentation and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of zeta9 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use zeta9 for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any part of the zeta9 platform or its content.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data-gathering or extraction tools.
• Frame or mirror any material from the platform on any other website or digital property.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the platform's content without express written consent from zeta9.

Any unauthorised use of zeta9 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account licence and may give rise to legal proceedings.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zeta9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or interruptions to the zeta9 service outside the platform's reasonable control.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banking institutions, or card networks).
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party sports data providers, subject to the voiding policy set out in Section 6.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
